Kathmandu, 31st July, 2022Cricket Association of the Blind on its 17th anniversary award its three women cricket players from Ms. Joti K.C blind women cricket talent award 2022. Amidst a special function, Ms. Jyoti K.C handed over the award to b1 player Neema B.C who originally hails from Bardia and has been playing cricket since 2066 while she was pursuing her study at M.P Higher Secondary School, Nepalgunj. Another recipient of the award is B3 player Bimala Rai from Morang who has been playing cricket since last six years and does hold a record of scoring quick 50 in the Nep-PK friendship series in 2019. Similarly, Ms. Jyoti K.C also handed the talent award to b2 player Sarita Ghimire from Lamjung who started to play cricket while she was studying at grade 7 in Amar Singh School, Pokhara. During the ceremony, Nepal’s senior coach Jagat Tamata and Make the Right Real Director of strategic planning Mr. Kim Sun Ho . were also present.
