1. Introduction
Cricket Association of the Blind Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of one (1) fully electric seven-seated passenger vehicle in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements set forth in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
2. Technical Specifications (Minimum Requirements)
Bidders must comply fully with the following minimum technical specifications:
2.1 General
- Vehicle Type: Fully Electric Passenger MPV/SUV
- Seating Capacity: Minimum 7 passengers
- Drive train: Front-Wheel Drive (FWD)
- Transmission: Automatic (Single-speed EV transmission)
- Steering: Electric Power Steering
2.2 Power train & Performance
- Motor Type: Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) or equivalent
- Maximum Power Output: Minimum 100 kW
- Maximum Torque: Minimum 250 Nm
- Top Speed: Minimum 150 km/h
- Acceleration (0–100 km/h): Within 12 seconds
2.3 Battery & Charging
- Battery Type: Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) or equivalent certified technology
- Battery Capacity: Minimum 70 kWh
- Driving Range: Minimum 400 km (WLTP or equivalent certified cycle)
- AC Charging Capability: Minimum 7 kW
- DC Fast Charging Capability: Minimum 100 kW
2.4 Dimensions & Capacity
- Length: Approx. 4,700 mm
- Width: Approx. 1,800 mm
- Height: Approx. 1,650–1,700 mm
- Wheelbase: Minimum 2,750 mm
- Ground Clearance: Minimum 150 mm

- Charging Ports (Type-C and Type-A ports)
- Multi-function Steering Wheel
3. Warranty Requirements
- Vehicle Warranty: Minimum 3 years or 100,000 km (whichever comes first)
- Battery Warranty: Minimum 8 years or 150,000 km
4. Delivery Requirements
- Delivery Location: Lalitpur
- Delivery Timeline: 30 days from contract signing
5. Eligibility Criteria
Bidders must:
- Be an authorized supplier/dealer of electric vehicles
- Provide valid company registration and tax clearance documents
- Demonstrate experience in supplying electric vehicles
- Ensure availability of after-sales service and spare parts support
6. Bid Submission Requirements
Interested bidders shall submit:
- Technical Proposal
- Financial Proposal (in NPR, inclusive of all taxes)
- Bidding Form
- Company Registration Certificate
- VAT/PAN Registration Certificate
- Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
- Warranty Commitment Letter
- Late submissions shall not be considered.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked:
“Bid for Supply of Fully Electric 7-Seater Passenger Vehicle”

8. Right to Accept or Reject
CAB Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason and is not bound to accept the lowest evaluated bid.
