Niroj is involved in leading programmatic and operation CAB Nepal, as Program Director. He oversees program planning, strategy development, project management, and overall operations of the organization.
Earlier, he worked with the National Federation of the Deaf Nepal from 2022 to 2025 as Advocacy Officer and Safeguarding Lead, where he developed advocacy strategies, supported project implementation, and led safeguarding policies & practices. He had also served at National Federation of the Disabled Nepal from 2020 to 2022 as Province Manager for Gandaki Province, leading program planning, implementation, monitoring, and coordination with OPDs and local stakeholders.
He joined CAB Nepal in January 2026 and has since been engaged in program development, administration, and project management. With his experience, knowledge and skills, he has developed expertise in project development, accessibility, inclusive education, and different trainings.
Niroj holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and is a committed social sector practitioner and disability inclusion advocate.
BIMAL SUNDAS

Bimal is involved in overseeing finance and accountancy functions at the CAB Nepal, where he serves as Finance Manager. He brings over a decade of experience in the accountancy sector, with a strong focus on governmental organizations.
Throughout his career, he has been responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and supporting effective financial management systems. He has contributed to strengthening financial practices, ensuring compliance, and improving reporting processes to support organizational goals.
With his experience in finance operations, he has developed expertise in financial planning and management. He remains committed to continuous learning and strives to enhance his knowledge while contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Bimal holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies.
BHAWANA K.C

Bhawana serves as the Admin Officer at the CAB Nepal, with responsibility of for supporting both programmatic and operational functions of the organization. She has been working with CAB Nepal for over three years, during this period she has overseen project implementation, engaged with partners and beneficiaries, and contributed to monitoring and evaluation processes. She is also involved in supporting project planning and development.
Bhawana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sociology with a focus on Disability and Gender. She is passionate about promoting equal opportunities through sports, with a strong commitment to to work for dignity and inclusion.
PUJA K.C
MEAL / GEDSI Officer

Puja is a Registered Public Health Professional with more than five years of experience in health projects across Nepal, with a strong focus on gender-inclusive programming. She has worked in areas such as reproductive health, disability inclusion, communicable and non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health, nutrition, and health systems strengthening. She has demonstrated expertise in data management, field coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), and stakeholder engagement across federal, provincial, and local levels.
She has been engaged in implementing health programs, supporting field coordination, and leading Monitoring and Evaluation processes .
She has received training on Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) from the Health Training Centre, Bagmati Province, and on Data Management and Analysis from the Nepal Health Research Council (NHRC). With her experience, knowledge, and technical skills, she has developed expertise in public health research, data systems, and inclusive health programming.
Puja holds Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Master's in Sociology is a committed professional dedicated to advancing equitable and inclusive health services in Nepal.

Monsoon, is a highly energetic and self driven with a strong passion for sports, he joined CAB Nepal in 2022. After joining CAB Nepal T, he developed skills in teamwork, discipline, and leadership. In addition to his interest in sports, he also has knowledge in finance and program management. Known for his charming personality and enthusiasm, he thrives in dynamic environments and embraces new challenges with confidence.
