The organizational structure of CAB, Nepal can be divided into two distinct layers. At the top is the central committee comprising 11 members, and this is backed up by the seven-member women’s sub-committee. The board members are as follows.

Mr. Pawan Ghimire is the Chairperson of Cricket Association of the Blind, Nepal and 1st vice-president of World Blind Cricket Limited who became a totally blind in the year 2003 as a result of past ten years of armed conflict in Nepal. As a part of his revival, he started cricket for the blind in 2006 and holds the record of initiating cricket for the blind girls for the first time in the world. For his contribution in cricket, he has been able to receive many national and international awards and recognitions as well. . Born in Lele, Lalitpur, he holds a master degree in sociology from Tribhuvan University and is also an IVLP participant of the year 2016 under the theme “Access for all, enhancing the lives of persons with disabilities and one among the eighty faces of IVLP exchange chosen by Department of States while celebrating its eighty years of IVLP program.
